How do I get parts to you?
After confirmation of a commission, we will coordinate where you will need to ship parts in order for us to complete the build. Shipping is your own risk and we recommend using a tracked and insured methodas ScottoKeebs is not responsible for components that are lost or damaged in shipping.
How long will my commission take?
When we set up your commission, you will be given a more accurate completion date but as a rough guideline this is what you can expect:
Assembly Commission: 1-2 business weeks
ScottoKeeb Commission: 2-4 business weeks
Custom Commission: 2-8 business weeks
Where can I find firmware?
Most of our boards are supported by QMK and will be on the main repo, either in the handwired directory for handwired builds or the main keyboards directory for PCB builds.
If you cannot find a board on the main QMK repo, this likely means it has not been merged yet. You can instead refer to the ScottoKeebs repo for the most up-to-date firmware.
